Yeah, happy birthday fellow former diaper changer

I may be headed your way in a couple of weeks to check on a friend's property. If so, I'll buy you some birthday beers and bring our prosecutor friend a cigar

Hey, be sure and give me a heads up. Hopefully I'm not travelling when you're here.

I'll be glad to share a drink and food with you.

Ernesto is also a great guy.....love to hook up with him, too.

Where is your friend's property, or where do you plan on staying?

I have never been to this particular property , but it is an apartment building maybe two streets off the Sunset Strip. He has been in West Palm taking care of his brother (and his businesses) who has cancer for several months and is having a hard time getting back. Me and another guy think something is afoot with his manager and are going to go and check things out. I will probably stay at his apartment in the building in question. He has properties in Hermosa, Newport, Redondo and Manhattan Beach also and restores Neutra homes in Malibu and the Hills. He is an Otis Parsons trained artist by trade

Thank you for the birthday wishes everybody!

I am the big 40 today.....feeling a little old.

We actually held the celebration last weekend, and had about 70 people over, including children. It was a nice party. We had a sushi chef come over and make sushi, and had Hawaiian BBQ catered.

We served all kinds of drinks for the kids; and chilled sake, wine, and beer for the adults.

Congratulations, Mr P. May your milestones not become tombstones for many more miles.

YIKES! 40? Happy Birthday!

I'm inching precariously close to that milestone myself. You share the same birthday (different year) as my wife but I won't jump to any conclusions.

Isn't that a coincidence?

I went to grade school with a girl who shared the same birth date with me. Her name was Page Fretwell, and I'll never forget her.

I also know triplets, all girls, who were born on May 13.

Happy Birthday Mrs. Swamp. Do we need to start a thread for her?
