I don't think I would say anything unless they were family or really, really good friends.

I definitely wouldn't associate with them anymore. I choose to surround myself with people of higher moral character. And I personally abhor people who will cheat on their spouse.

I don't think there would be any way I could see either of them without some choice words on their behavior.

No disrespect SW, but I don't think that is a good idea, having to deal with such matters on a semi-regular basis: aside from some possible legal ramifications/liability, the man is going to lash out and accuse folks of trying to screw (maybe ruin is a better word?) him. Maybe accuse someone innocent and do something to the wrong person. I don't think Jen would feel good if someone else got blamed for her anonymous tip. Face to face is best in a situation like this if you are going to dime drop--otherwise too much confusion.

How do you know there is sex involved at this time? He could still say "I did not have sex with that woman." or try to split hairs on what the definition of "is" is.
