I think it's worth $49... About the cost of a cheapo box at Wal-Mart.

Each "coupon" (it looks like a debit card, which it is... ) is worth $40.00 towards the purchase of an "approved" converter box.

Each person is entitled to two only.

Currently, you have 90 days from the date stamped on the "coupon" to get them redeemed.

You can't transfer them or resell them.

BTW, when you get your "Qpon" - there should be a list of "approved" models that the coupon will pay for. The model you want not on the list? Then, it's your money, not theirs...

Furthermore, check to see if the unit you're buying has "analog pass-thru" capability because of the following reason...

Until 17 Feb. 2009, you'll still want to see the analog channels if there should be a problem with the Digital channel(s) (and there will be...I can bet you on it!) Also, LPTV and Translators will not be digital until much later so you'll still need to use your analog set.

Any questions? PM me...I'm living this nightmare right now...
