Nah, quit drinking over 18 years ago. Got bored with it, plus I'm way too much of a control freak anymore to let any darn bottle control me. Good thing too, I weigh enough as it is without those calories!

I enjoy an after dinner/glass of wine/shot of Jack Daniels once in a while, but it feels better being sober 99% of the time. Sure, it's tempting to consume alcohol, but I always remember what a M.D. friend of mine told me years ago: Alcohol is a poison, your body treats it as such, and you will pay the price sooner or later.

Nearly all of us have said "I'm not gonna drink anymore..." in the morning.




And at night we said "I'm not gonna drink any less either..."

Im with you, I am laser focused these days as a result of "the drinking part of me" growing up and going away.

My average for beer consumption is about 1-2 bottles a week or less. Right now I don't even have any, so it will be less. I've never gotten drunk and never will.....whats the point?
