So, I hit the gym today

It felt good to do some good honest exercise. I also biked to work as their is an event going on campus that I did not want to chace damage to one of the cars with. So, needless to say, I feel great after a good healthy day. Though it could have just been the cuite girl at the gym that spotted me. I might actually have to make an effort to go back twice a week now. LOL

nh,

good for you, man. i mean that sincerely!

hey, before you go buck wild on the exercise, make sure you know what your target heart rate is, especially if you intend to slim down (burn fat). there are 3 zones (some say 4) of fat and calorie burning. know the right zone to be in because if you run like mad, you are burning more glucose than fat. the ideal zone actually requires longer effort but at a slower pace.

good luck on sticking with your gym workouts!

Keep up the good work, exercise is a hard thing to stick with.

Yeah, now that the bulk of my home improvement projects is over, I have to start working out again.
