I'm curious, with a CS degree what are you doing hauling newspapers around? If that's all you do (unless it brings you big bucks), I'm not surprised you were feeling those fuel prices.

They are NOT the cause of the economic mess but my fear is they can add to it.

I moved out of CS. Unfortunately, because part of my business is overseas, my work is kinda split up. I have a couple hours of work to coordinate shipping and making purchases in the US. Then, it is dead time because I have nothing else to do. Come night time when Asia is awake, I go to work again. So, I can either count the speckles in the wall during the day or do something like delivering papers and flowers. A typical day for me is say a lot of local activity from 7 am till about 11 am. 10 pm till about 2 am. I bought the Excursion so I could tow my toys around (ATVs, RV, Jetskis) and the side work tops up the account I took money from to buy the Excursion and maybe a few bucks on the side for the local strip joint.
