2000 S500 Squeak

I have a squeak at various times coming from the underside of my S500. It happens when I get in our out ad when I am driving at various speeds. Sometimes over bumps somtimes not. Any thoughts as the repair shop could hear it when driving but not when it was up on the rack. Thanks.
