The Thanksgiving Day Meal Plan Thread
Yes ... I start thinking about the meal in October.
 What is everybody planning to do for Thanksgiving Day dinner?I'm doing a Turducken again, but still considering which sides I want to do. Mashed sweet potatoes, stewed tomatoes, and green bean casserole are staples. I'd like to do shaved brussel sprouts with pancetta again, but I'm thinking I need to be more heart friendly this year.  My MIL will do her amazing Mincemeat, Pumpkin Chiffon, and Apple Caramel Pies.

We did fry it a couple years ago, just depends who's hosting. I'd like to do a turducken one of these years, maybe this is a good one to start!

I always request baked pineapple casserole - and sometimes I get it.
But only after I'm told it doesn't really go with turkey.
