It is the economy. I doubt that any tax
changes will happen in time to change "08"
taxes. I would make several small increases
to CG taxes vs one large increase to avoid sell off.

I think the stock market will hit a new
low before recovering. (DJIA 7-8K)

Royalty? For the oil well's? How so since oil looks like its heading into the $50 a barrel range?

The real estate market in my are still seems to exist. Thats about the only positive thing I can say about it. Its close to flatlined but still has a faint heartbeat.
