Am I the only one pissed off by $1.69 gasoline?

Here two months ago (or so) it was over $4.

With gasoline and diesel so crucial to our economy it seems to me something must be done to cause the price to be unaffected by speculation.

I woke up this morning and found that some of my gray hair had turned brown, and that I had developed six-pack abs.

Dammit that pissed me off.

Well its nice, today it dropped to $1.99 around here which is very nice. But since the world markets crashed and killed demand its kind of a luke warm thing for me.

I'd rather pay more and be making money, than paying less and sitting around.

...and then that statuesque brunette that I pined for in college woke up next to me and asked if I wanted to go at it again.

My life sucks.

No I have been pissed for several years now..

Should we save GM, Chrysler, Ford, NO NO NO......... My dad retired with GM Cadillac Fisher Body, this is not the first time GM Has almost filed for bankrupt they did so in 1955 chrysler in 1979 and they have all in my opinion priced themselves out of making cars the American workers have worked themselves almost out of the Auto making. We just don't compete with Japan Honda,or any of the rest of them.if we give them 25 billion now they will be back, thia whole Country has been controled by Greed from the top down thats washington, wall street, OIL companys, I think we should just revolt and take our country back and stop taking care of the World, and put all these crooks in jail here they all belong, just my 2 cents worth.....I am retired but not really I work everyday just to surrive, folks it is going to get a lot worse, worse then we have ever seen it. Its just bad timing for me. I had the G while gas was at its highest. A week after I lost it the prices started coming down....

The wild fluctuations in price will keep legitamate renewable sources in the margins until we really need them by which time valuable lead time will have been lost.

The idea of keeping fuel costs at some artificially high constant through taxation would be really popular of course.

We have to get tax monies from somewhere and that might be one of the best places, all in all.
