Yeah,but the whole buildup to that scene was so well executed it gave me nightmares for a week! They released it here as the Vanishing and later remade it with some dumb American actors but the original is really well directed with great pace and character delineation.

I thought it was pretty good. I didn't like the camera shaking and the quick scene changes during the action parts. You couild hardly see or keep track of what was going on.

Other than that I give it an 8.

I'm with you 100% on the plot and character development, which is what Quantom of Solace is missing. I liked the movie, but it has the thinnest plot of any Bond movie in memory.

Well, that is today's advertising. As people are watching less and less commercials (TiVo and DVR) we will be infultrated with more and more product placements. Both my GF and I said the exact same thing when the Ford SUV pulled up in one of the last scences. But unfortunately that is where we are at in today's world.

I loved the Aston at the beginning of the movie. Sad that it got destroyed, but oh well.



It had some good action, but as Paul S. said, it had very little plot. It was more revenge than anything else.



IMHO, the ingredients for a good bond movie are gadgets, cool car, a guy named sean connery. Without those, just isnt right...

The plot was terrible and very unmemorable. The action scenes were good, especially the melees.

My favorite part is when he flips the guy on the motorcycle.. that cracked me up.
