Has anyone ordered from dealextreme.com?

I learned of this site from another board. I'm looking for a digital gram scale to weight bike parts because I'm building a weight-weenie bike, well, sorta. Anyway, this site has some really good deals, and the great thing about it is that it offers free shipping! There are some things I want and for now I'm just trying to stick with items that have some reviews. Anyone have anything good to say about some of the products there? There is a nice digital caliper for under $20 that looks worth a purchase. Wish they carried torque wrenches.

DX is awesome when the item you order is in stock. You never know when you'll get it if it's not in stock though.

I have ordered a few things from them and have been pleased. They have an interesting business model. Everything is airmailed across the world from Hong Kong- so don't expect anything for about 2 weeks. Gives you an idea how much markup there must be on all that Chinese stuff in Walmart....

They seem to have things I have NEVER seen anywhere else.

Low prices for crappy stuff. I ordered a bunch of USB to serial converters. Every single one of them failed within two months. They were not abused in any way - they were just junk. And those were the more expensive models they had!
