Ups

That's So Wrong! (I sure do hope that wasn't fragile!)

My UPS experiences are exactly opposite...The Operator goes to the trouble
to place things in a secure location.

That is how they do it at my house. They park at the street, run down the driveway, ignoring that I am at home, go to the back porch and from the bottom of the stairs throw the box, about 15 feet and it lands somewhere on the porch. I hear a crashing sound and I know I just got "delivered". Nothing smashed yet...

My UPS guy is my neighbor... I can tell him when I'm expecting something and he just brings is home with him and I walk over and pick it up.

If it gets broken it's your fault because you didn't pack it correctly... right?

Right.

I wouldn't want THAT package, unless maybe it was a fruit cake. On second thought, I wouldn't want it if it WAS a fruit cake. I don't like fruit cakes . . .

Aren't video surveilance cameras great?!

I hate Brown....

UPS or 'OOPS' has broken things on me in the past, then given me a hard time when I tried to make a claim on the insurance. I only use FedEX.

Here's some thoughts:

He was practicing for an upcoming horseshoe tossing match.

His body was taking revenge for the fast food breakfast and needed to find a restroom FAST.

Customer is a PITA and the driver does not care.

Boss told him to speed up deliveries.

Package was labelled "air mail"

Oh I dont know. Good clean delivery, a little sloppy on the release, not much follow through, real poor on "style" points, accuracy and distance was nice. All in all, I'd say a "7".

I agree, he took his eye off it before it landed.

^^^^^^ If that was my delivery person I would send myself a package everyday!

I just love that nice firm 'clipboard' back there...
