Maybe he had 'borrowed' the plate of someone he didn't like, and wanted to get them into trouble??? I hear kids were doing that somewhere, but they were using photo paper and tape.

That could be true. I dont want to sterotype and say he stole it on purpose. But he did speed off into the night very very quick and he didnt pull in fast.

It was some kids that wanted to beat the "Yellow-Lights Cameras" that have been going up around the country...kids run the yellow lights and the photo shows a "plate" - the owner gets a ticket in the mail...or, at least, that's what it's suppose to do...

Kids were making up "fake plates" and taping them over the legit plates...only one problem...some photos take a picture of the driver too...

I they're ripping of gas, then "tazer" their 'lil butts 'til they squeel on the ring-leader of the gang...

After my debt reduction efforts/ car sales and repurchase of cheaper models, I am at about 48K for all wheeled vehicles including my travel trailer and my utility trailer and plan to sell off the Dodge which is about 16K or so and be driving nothing but paid for cars, and trailers.
