RUG has been fluctuating a lot here over the past week; between 1.71 and 1.91- seems to be different every day, up and down. Today it's around 1.80.
Diesel hasn't really changed over the past two weeks, except at the places where it was overpriced. I last paid 2.09, but there are two stations in town that have it for 1.99 now!
