Right America Feeling Wronged

Right America Feeling Wronged

An HBO presintation

A documentary of the republican campaign.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=41LUag21Cxc

On the day Barack Obama was elected the 44th President, more than 58 million voters cast their ballots for John McCain. In the months leading up to this historic election, filmmaker Alexandra Pelosi (HBO's Emmy®-winning "Journeys with George") took a road trip to meet some of the conservative Americans who waited in line for hours to support the GOP ticket, and saw their hopes and dreams evaporate in the wake of that Democratic victory. These voters share their feelings about the changing America in which they live.

I saw that it was on HBO last night, but I figured it wouldn't be a pro-Conservative movement film, more of a ha-ha you lose film. I skipped it.

I would be interested in watching someting that was simmilar but focused with a negative light toward the Obama campaign.

Do you know of anything like that ?

Why focus on the negative? Silly waste of time.

I think it would consist of conservatives shouting "William Ayers!" over and over again as they showed films of Reverend Wright in the background. Hey, Willy Horton, dreaded homosexuals and Swiftboats just didn't work for them this time.

Does every time they played a Michael Moore film count?

The election is over and we should just put it in the past. Running McLame against Obama was the biggest mistake since Kennedy/Nixon.
The Repo party should not have picked him just because it "was his time" That did not work for Dole either.

The only good thing is now that he has had his chance McCain is not going to run again and maybe the Repos could find SOMEBODY with charisma in four years.

I doubt anyone could have run there. Reps who were by default associated with Bush would have been stained by his unpopularity. Even Clinton's cat, Socks, could have beaten McCain running on the Dem ticket.

I'd rather the find somebody with zero charisma and plenty of substance.

While substance is what we need, charisma is what wins elections...

That's the problem, isn't it? We basically elect someone like they do at a beauty pageant and then wonder why things aren't working right.

But if Socks ran and prevailed, Joe Biden would be President today...
