I took the 560sl out for a spin this evening on the local highways and country roads. Not having her "opened up" since November, she was itching to get kicked.

I had almost forgotten the feeling of liquid guts when I hit her hard from a 35mph coast, rocketing her up to 90 mph in a real short time.

Now I can't wait for the warm weather to stick around so I can take her topless through the canyons.

I'm taking her today to get the new shoes put on (Goodyear Eagle ResponceEdge) and getting her detailed afterwards. Hopefully the new shoes will keep her on the road better than what the previous owner had put on before I bought her (Big O Tires)

I have a baaaaaad case of cabin fever and am tired of driving the truck to work...I gotta get her out more often
