'Must have been about '90,'saw them do a show @ the Marine NAS in Beaufort
After the show, they had the planes lined up "Chevron" alongside the taxiway
so everybody could oogle the planes and get autographs.
Out comes a Marine F-18 in Camoflage to the end of the active runway.The
pilot rolls down to about midway on the runway,gets airborne and immediately goes Vertical BTTW with the afterburners on until he's out of sight. (Silence)
