At the very end, the instructor tells the technician to lie to the customers. "Tell them the burps and hiccups are normal caused by too much fuel in the system." "Serve no purpose but create more billable hours" caught my ears too.

Is this real?

I know the guy who did this, he used to narrate the training scripts I wrote. A real nice guy named Bud Taggart who is still around in Detroit.
