Nothing. If those actions lead to a fatal collision, reap what you sow. I've seen people on the road reading the newspaper across their steering wheel. If they'dve killed someone, same deal.
You are responsible for what you do. You don't get a pass because you didn't mean it or you weren't paying enough attention. Inattention is no excuse, and you owe it to your fellow drivers to drive appropriately. It's part of being a member of a society.

Now that's something I agree with; if I ever make it to the Texas Governorship, I'd love to immediately revoke everyone's license; then to get it back they'd have to pass a strict test. Which is why I'll never make it to the Governor's office.

I hate how we give licenses to anyone, then say "you're responsible for your behavior". If I didn't teach my six year old anything, but held him accountable for everything, I'd be a lousy dad.

about 6 months ago a mexican went to get a license.went to the dvm and took the test.he got 100%.problem was it was for a different test.they have 4 or 5 different tests.if you fail one next time you come in they give you a different one.

Problem was it didn't have Mercedes Benz S-class imminent collision sensors which would have prevented the accident.
