Ok Im gonna go ahead and get the El Paso. If its to big to fit down the spring hole, i'll just turn it down in a Lathe rather than cut on the car. I would build the tool but i can only use my jobs machines for a few minutes without any crying from my supper. Ohhhhh I cant wait to get my own Mill and Lathe.!! Hey guys thanks man. This really helped.

get your carbide tools or OD grinder ready, I think the barrel on the El Paso is hardened. It only takes a few minutes to enlarge the hole on the w123 tower, no-one would ever notice it, its such a small amount.
