Interesting, so the 4matics would be the car to have for that reason.

I'll keep that in mind for the future.....

I imagine their front suspension is set up differently....

I had the front inspected here not too long ago. The shop that looked at it stated that the axle boots were bad, both front shocks needed to be replaced, and there were a few other things, too. I guess if I don't end up finding a buyer, I might as well just fix the stuff and enjoy it for awhile. It is a fantastic car to drive in the winter time.

Not if it needs shocks, boots and a few other things. Like I said, maybe 3000-3500 would be more likely. How bad do you want to move it, that is the question.

I'd sell the Michael Scott Sebring and keep the E320.

Good news everyone ... sold the car for $4,100! I was very pleased with the sale ... a nice gentleman from Colorado will be coming to collect it on Tuesday. I was hoping for a little post-sale help from forum members. I live in Wisconsin, he lives in Colorado. He's going to drive the car back to Colorado after I collect him from the airport. He thinks that we both need to go to the DMV to have temporary plates issued for it so that he can have something to get him back to Colorado, but I was under the impression that you can go to pretty much any dealership, get temp. tags and you're done.

Will we need to make a trip to the DMV, or can I just have temp tags put on for him and save the trip? In Wisconsin, we keep our titles, so I will sign that over to him, and I will also write a bill of sale and a letter stating that I sold him the car. I have a lien release document that I'll forward to him in about a week so that he can title the car in Colorado.

Am I missing anything? THANKS for the help.
