My neighbor is thinking of selling his 94 e320. Only has 75,000 miles and it is in immaculate condition and very well cared for. What would you all consider a fair price to offer him? Also, what potential problems with this year/model should I expect/look for between now and the next 25-50,000 miles? Any thoughts appreciated!

Engine wiring harness is the first thing that comes to mind. As far as I know the v8 does not suffer from the same head gasket issues as the 6.

I would not let a wiring harness prevent me from purchasing the right 95 e300 though. Do a search on ebay to see what those cars are going for. I'm thinking $4-5k. Are records with it?
