Dont worry--The SL guys are damn near coma tose when it comes to technically/mechanically inclined interests-with a few exceptions. I can rarely get an answer to any questions I have about them. The guy who stuck a V12 in the 450sl is a wildman, How I wish the w123 had the same front suspension as the w114-115-r107,it was voted as the best car of the 20th century by road n track around 02-3, that same front end would have made it SOOO much better though !!!!!!!!! Whats a 202??

I should actually retract that statement. I've no hate for these types of cars, I like all mercedes really, but This forum is, I find the most active Mercedes forum on the web. The more specific websites, like M100, and the W116 forums, is like trying to get blood from a stone. Cuz I ain't Aussie. ( I have Kiwi friends).

(you CAN get blood from a stone, but you have to throw it)
