Cabin light/dome light problem in 300TE

Cabin light/dome light problem in 300TE

Problem with 1993 300TE 4Matic.

My cabin/dome light only works when I manually turn it on. When I have it set to turn on when the doors are open, nothing....... I replaced the switch assemble at the light and it still doesn't work. Any ideas?
