Not possible, the same bulb that lights all the other switches lights the vent controls as well. Its part of the fiber optic lighting.

15 seconds sounds a bit long for an exposure time. Maybe you mean 1/15 of sec. I doubt that with a 15 sec expose your dashboard and vehicle silhouette would be so sharply defined, even if you had the camera mounted in the vehicle.
