While I agree with your sentiments re these sob's, I've long since ceased to require any evidence of such subhumans to refute religion. The inherent absurdity of it is enough for me.

Regarding these bastards I can only hope they are fairly speedily killed. And while I think the criminal "justice" system is unlikely to facilitate this one can but hope they will meet up with the reaper soon even if extra judicially.

Yes. I was tempted to say that we should expect the same of our elected officials but I didn't want to turn it into a Red vs Blue thing.

Something odd about that crime. A lot of people involved without a lot of $$ involved according to the reports I have read.

Perhaps, but would you feel the same way if it was later revealed that this wonderful couple was involved in something nefarious like a child prostitution ring or kiddie porn? Not sure if they are but I think there is more to this than meets the eye. Why them? A well planed job that involved that many people for simple robbery?

Of course not. But so far there's no evidence of that. Hence my comment in the previous post. "Nothing yet" to make me think otherwise.

So ever religion seems to say about their deity. Let your's appear in the middle of Times Square to a bunch of people and show himself.

I live by the simple belief that people are basically bad. Some manage to restraint themselves under the current conditions. However, with the right circumstances, the bad in them will come out. It is way less disappointing than believing that they are good people.

Yes, we need a scapegoat to blame for our misdeeds.

Your view of mankind is quite similar to that presented in the Bible. Man is inherently evil, and seeks his own selfish interests.

In one of the earlier articles on this crime, it was pointed out that the "father" had some wealth...

Most 'nimrod' criminals think that if they have to have cash to get around, they assume that the "rich" have cash laying around their places too...

Therefore, the numbnutz had as many people on their "raid" for cash due to the amount of people (kids were probably counted too) they expected to encounter...

Thankfully, most of the kids slept through it...that whole scene could have gone HORRIBLY WRONG in no time flat...it's a wonder that only the mom and dad were killed and it didn't up up like the Cuttler family (Kansas) where everyone was massacred.

Appeals in circumstances like these are wrong-everyone involved needs to be gassed like the dogs they are...and that statement is an insult to all dogs about to be gassed...

Even if Mom and Dad MIGHT have been involved in other realms of nar'-do-wellings...it still excuses no one from the crime that was committed here...
