I've been thinking about opening a separate check acct. for petty spending, online purchases, ebay, and what not instead of using my credit cards for such things. Ebay now won't let you place an auction if your paypal isn't linked to your bank accout. I don't trust linking my main bank acct to paypal or using it to buy anything online even though my debit card has MC status. Last time I was inside Citi Bank to make a credit card payment the teller informed me about their free checking. I may go back and check on that. I'm trying to stop using my credit card since they are jacking up the APR. Also trying to pay the balance off so I can start thinking about my R129 SL purchase I can buy one now, but why when I owe money to banks. Gotta be responsible.
