I hear ya. The PO if my 420 had longhorn emblems on the trunk which left a stupid longhorn mark on the paint. Longhorns suck! As for the plates, I have them and they are pretty gay. I wonder how much personal ones are?

I just don't like them and am bummed out about it because I like license plates... I think they're cool and fun, I collect them and was excited to get the Texas one but they do look pretty gay now. I will probably pay extra and get a personalized plates because there are so many you can choose from!!!!

California has like 6-7? That you can choose from and that's it. Texas has catagories lol

I hate the California license plate, they need to change the script so bad, it's fake handwriting.... Thankfully I still have the old plate from the 70's. I wanted the black one though

I also really like the old Texas black plate.. looks good!

Kansas vanity plates have everyone beat on the ugly scale. Unless your car is brown, gold or beige, it looks terrible.

maybe it's obvious but....

what is "STRYTLR" ?

does it rhyme with Hitler?

stray-tler?

stir-why-tleer?

i don't see it.....?

is it even a vanity plate?

i don't know, seems they're all better than a new york plate. i'd take a buffalo any day over niagra falls, some hilly "mountains," and then new york city in the 1940's. that, over top of nothing, with what appears to be a chunk of blue snot in the middle. go new york...woo....

the empire state? exciting.

I got you all beat.

This, my friends, is hands down, the ugliest plate ever. It's the current version too.C'mon! Can't get much worse than driving around with anything but a peachy/pinky plate with a pelican!

I've seen lots of those in Texas - in the freaking fast lane doing 65mph. What the hell is wrong with all you Cajuns? Don't you know to get the hell out of the fast lane when everyone is passing you on the right? Do they teach you anything in CajunLand besides how to cook and eat roadkill?

I love Texas and Texans are awesome but you should see how Texans drive in California... You thought the Cajuns were bad....

Even IN Texas everyone admits Texans are horrible drivers. Not saying you on here are but most of the people... They didn't seem all that great when I was there..

I recently visited texas and drove around some down there. I was amazed that texans not only use the left lane for passing, but will actually get on the shoulder when it's just a two lane rd. A native Ohioan's head would explode if he/she saw that happen. Luckily for them they probably wouldn't notice there were other cars on the road.

I have to say that they are not bad here. Except for the fact that everyone drives 5 mph less then the speed limit. Most drivers are predictable.

Atlanta GA on the other hand is completely bonkers. I had 5 accidents in 2 years when just sitting stationary at a red light (no kidding). People drive like lunatics over and and appear not to look in front of them.

i wholeheartedly agree! years ago when my band was on tour down there it was the first time in 10 years that they got a dusting of snow and the place was insane! there wasn't even any snow sticking to the ground and people were flying through stop lights and sliding all over. it was chaos.

Absolutely! I drive back from Indiana and in 800something miles of driving never have to hit the brakes, flip anyone off or brandish a firearm until I was 10 minutes into Texas.

Jeez, they think the own the road....I OWN THE ROAD A**HOLES!! OUTTAMYWAY!!!
