My inability to get cute girls phone numbers is the absolute definition of fail

Besides she lives in the Boston area.

- An umbrella where there is a roof and no sign of moisture is confusing.

- The direct flash rendered everything flat and over exposed (unlike the dress).

- The direct look into the camera is a bit off putting.

- In the last shot, the model might have tried to put her chin down a bit.

- Again, in the last shot, having the model turn from the waist was a good thought. For women in a static pose, having that "S-curve" with a turn in the waist really works.

I thought the same about the umbrella, and it does appear to be under a covered entry. But there is moisture on the top of the car.

But I never was much for the rest of the technicals of the shot.

the shot puts too much emphasis on the car. Its one or the other, not both. I would have done a vertical.

Yep all 100% true. Originally I was going to take the photos outside but it had just started to rain and I didn't want her getting her dress wet. Also I should have explained to her the imagery that I was going for more thoroughly. Then you have to throw in the fact that the photographer was her friend/boyfriend so obviously I wasn't expecting perfection.

Yeah my one regret is in the first photo. If she wasn't looking at the camera it would have come out the best of the lot.

Yes, there is a difference between "taking pictures" and being a photographer.

You made a mistake, when you offer the person your arm your supposed to look sideways and avoid all eye contact.

LoL I did but the camera snapped before I got the chance. Again this was just me snapping some pictures of what I used to do.

The quality sucks but this ones good
