She doesn't understand the scope of a confidential agreement. Had she been coached better by her counsel, she would have said something along the lines of "the decision was based on the best interest of all concerned" or that "both sides came to terms" . . . unfortunately, she's one of those witnesses that you have to prep to the degree that you have to tell her what her name is.

Somehow it gets regurgitated.
