That car is much, MUCH better looking than that other 300SL inspired design I saw posted here some time ago.

At the other end of the Mercedes spectrum, the small cars are coming! The small cars are coming!

He said that the next generation of small Mercedes-Benz A-class and B-class cars, which are now not sold in the U.S., will be introduced Stateside. Also, Mercedes will start offering four-cylinder vehicles again in the U.S., an effort in part to meet increasingly stringent corporate fleet fuel-economy minimums.

That was a good article. Both for Z’s view of the recovery and that MB has been slapped upside the head enough to realize that people in the US actually want smaller cars. Even still the decision appears to be done reluctantly.

I saw one of the mercedes S400 hybrids in the local mercedes store recently. Doesn't look much different than a regular S class...

For that car, I'll believe in whatever you want me to believe in. As that black guy in Ghostbusters said "If there is a steady paycheck, I'll believe in whatever you want me to believe in" or words to that effect. Give me that car and I'll be Christian, Roman Catholic, Jew, Hindu, or even muslim. Or as I would say to Mistress "For you, my dear, I'll be whomever you want me to be."

That guy sounds like he likes to hear his own voice. If he were talking about a person who had Brad Pitt looks, Mother Teresa morals and Bill Gates money he would find flaws. He bored me in the first five seconds and I only watched the rest to see the car.
