trailer hitch bolted on bumper...and coming loose....liscence plate upside down

Besides the fact that the license plate is mounted upside down, the rear window, behind the horse's @55 (not the one driving the thing) is, apparently, closed.

Unless that extra bit of "horse power" is supposed to be hitched to the front of that thing...it's a Lada, right?
