Its NOT personal this wanting Obama to fail. Its political--I want ALL his extremist policies and redirection of this country to fail. Personally, I hope he lives a long and healthy life outside the political spotlight.

Are you proud that the Senate Bill has provisions buried in it that makes it impossible to repeal certain portions of it? Where is all that openness, that change for the better, that candidate Obama promised?

Enjoy the political victory.

My hope is that it is a short term victory at most. The people will not long tolerate tyranny, once they understand it.

Through all the lies, fearmongering, mistakes and failed policies of the previous administration I never heard one person wishing Bush would fail.
Your side on the other hand stood by and said nothing or defended the actions of Bush and his band idiots while branding those that dissented as traitors, soft on terrorism, communists.
It's time for obstructionists to sit down and shut up.

If we are talking "sides". It was crazies on your side that made a movie on the assassination of Geo Bush.
I can't say whether the word "fail" was used, but it surely pervaded every discussion.

I want the USA that resembled the Constitutionally limited place that I grew up in. Now we resemble more the USSR of my youth than the USA of my youth.

How much of other peoples' money can you spend before you run out?

How many more strawman arguments are we to endure?
The Constitution does not prohibit whatever healthcare issue it is you're whining about. If it does, please quote the relevent part.
The Iraq war will cost 3 trillion dollars, maybe more; and kill maim and traumatize a hundred thousand people, maybe more; but not one peep from you about it.

Personally, I would not be interested in living in either the USA or the USSR of 40 years ago; neither will be remembered favorably by history.

Obviously, some folks don't have the power to read beyond what "they understand" - so those that have read and understood will be the only ones to know what's truly coming coming down the road...

That light ahead isn't salvation...

As the leftists, liberals and Democrats proceed forward, they will soon find themselves on the old, troddened trail of failure, continuing blindly towards what they perceive as liberation from tyranny and folly.

However, once they've been mugged by their own for nothing more than a morsel of empty calories from false promises, they will soon be longing for sustenance from those that saw the failures coming and took refuge from the coming storms.

Only those folks will no longer be able to be found...for they will have been driven away by those that led with wanton abandon and heavy hands and feet....

Only then will they see the folly in what they so blindly followed, as they will finally see, and then realize, the hollowness of their leaders and their administrators. Only the leaders and administrators will benefit from their followers' naivety of understanding what their leaders and administrators were truly yearning for...more power at the expense of all others.

As for the "editing" - if those that have the power do so without leaving the message intact, then they themselves, should be left in no position to administrer that free speech...for they themselves have no concept of it, let alone the ability to guard it properly...

You should have that printed on a tee shirt. That way people will know to avoid you.

If I had that on a t-shirt, I really wouldn't want to be near someone that would be that scared of the truth...it's only printing...

But then, thinking requires knowledge and tact to respond.

No, I did not. I was never a bigot. I need people like you to teach me that concept.
