You throw it away, just like all domestic cars.

Oh, kinda like a disposable lighter. I see. Not sure if it will fit into my garbage cans or recycle cans.

It's probably about 98% recyclable plastic.

Perhaps so but my recycle bin is not that big.

Don't worry about disposing of it ... the government will dump it in a scrapyard for you and give you $3,500 of taxpayers' money to help you get deeper in debt.

But I get to take that money and invest it in a a few rounds of poker at the Casino, right? I could get myself out of debt that way.

You go to the dealer and buy them. The brands are going away, the drivetrains are not...

As I asked, what about the parts that are NOT drivetrain related? What happens when my gauge cluster fails and it needs a replacement and it is OUTSIDE warranty? Can I be sure that they will have that part or will I have to scrounge for it? Ford brought the XR4T1 across the pond from 85-89 and the Scorpio from 88-89. Support for it evaporated even back in 95. Oh, you want a trim piece because that one is broken? Nope. Obsoleted. Parts guy would joke with me and say "Obsolete. Now what are you looking for?". It takes more than drivetrain to keep a car going.
