2009's Worst Footnote Poll
Still Time to Cast Your "Vote"
The website Footnoted.org reads those SEC disclosure findings, so you don't have to. Deep in the fine print, the disclosures of perks, benies and paybacks to corporate types are buried in boring lists and texts. This one could be my favorite, misspelling and all: Chesapeake Energy disclosing it spent $12.1 million to purchase Aubrey McClendon's anitque maps? |

I know why it's important and intersting to me, but will not attempt to suggest what interest or importance it may have for you.
BTW, thanks for the bumps. |
