Yes, that's the Data Card. The numbers at the bottom are the part and option codes for various parts of the car. Paint codes, interior material code, everything that was put in at the factory.
The window sticker in US cars would have been printed at the prep facility in the US, typically Baltimore.
Now, go the the MB Russia site, type in your VIN and, iirc, you will find some, if not all, of the same codes. Try it.
