HOW MUCH SNOW DID YOU GET?

Hey everyone...

How much snow did you get - so far?

Up in NY we got 'nuttin' sofar

My friend in York,Pa is digging out from 2 feet + and it is still snowing.

How does it look in Va and other parts that got hammered?

I need to drive back down tomorrow from NY to Sterling, Va and even though I will have the Suburban, if the roads are not passable I will have to think of something else...

No snow, currently 44d at 7:30a and going to hit sunny and 60d today. So nice outside, I'm redoing motor mounts on the w123 and possibly driving the CJ around. Bad weather up north?

You could say that... from DC to York,Pa they are getting hammered with snow. in upstate NY we did not see anything yet and so I was able to go replace the factory CD player in the Suburban with an ebay replacement and do the sun visor clips on the SDL.
It does look very cloudy though...

I have to drive back to Va tomorrow and I hope it will not s*ck!

I live in Sterling and there is no way you're getting in here tomorrow. Over two feet so far with another seven hours of heavy snow on the way. All roads are closed and the roof at general aviation at Dulles collapsed. They are saying no travel until at least Monday.

Doing better. Very sore. Slept for 15 hours. Didn't get much sleep in ICU. The weight of the snow already brought a large tree down in my yard. Stay safe in NY and enjoy the Super Bowl from there.

yeah, they tend to keep you up in the ICU...

Feel better! No salty snacks for you tomorrow

I will see how it goes tomorrow, we have a big roll out going on soon and we need to be in the office testing and fixing issues - unless the government is shut down Monday, that is...

26" as of two hours ago, coming down at a rate of 1-2" per hour. NWS says another 8-10 hours at this rate.

Clear and sunny here. Maybe a little tomorrow; hopefully not too much because I'm driving to Detroit on Sunday.

No driving going on here, unless I can find somebody to dig a car out. And we need to get into town to keep the "spring Ma from the home" train moving.

Dayum. Guess I'd better start shoveling.

I barely missed the last storm in your part of the country (middle of December), I left Richmond a couple of days before it hit.

A few inches here, then it started to melt yesterday afternoon, then a bunch of rain. Currently, a light snow, melting as soon as it hits the ground.
