CG has come a long way though since Band of Brothers, the battle scense are amazing. I'm going to re watch it this weekend at my friends house since he has a built in theatre.

As they were heading to the beach, I remembered my grandfather saying that the guys driving the landing craft would disable the governors and run those engines up to they would just about explode to try to get a bit extra speed out of them.

This is good to hear. I was wondering about this series when I first found out about it. I'll be sure to check it out this week; thanks for the heads up!

You won't be disapointed, IMHO this is going to be the show of the year.
