Acts of treason need to be dealt with severely. They bring it upon themselves. It's one thing to speak your mind, but its another when you actively engage in destructive attacks on your own country. Unless you have a plan that you're not sharing, you have nothing to worry about.

Fight fire with fire..Rumsfeld was the first one to figure out that this war wasnt going to be setteld on the deck of an aircraft carrier...we are fighting an ideaoligy...Does Al-Queda pick and choose which Americans to kill? No...they want to kill us all..I dont think the decision to exterminate Al-Queda members belong in a court room setting. In fact, since there are so many bleeding heart citizens in the U.S. why not take this issue global? IE: put a bounty on their heads..same as Bin Laden. As a recent convert to Islam, I know that the Muslim community is totally against Al-Queda...and the message they are sending to the world...Bottom line...I would rather these individuals are killed before they have the chance to kill more Americans.
