how do I open an .iso file in windows 7?

the file is a virtual cd image. can't figure out how to open or launch the program on it.

Google for "Virtual CD" software if you want to access the ISO without burning it to a disc. Otherwise use any type of burning software (Nero is my favorite) to burn that .ISO to a disc.

You'll need a program like daemon tools to mount the file to a "virtual" device. Either that, or you could just burn a DVD or CD and go from there.

I use a program Called ISObuster. It's always worked for me
