Flip HD Cameras...
Any of you people have one?
I am interested in one, but want to get some others inputs..... They seem too cheap to be good... :/

One of my kids has one; it's about what you would expect for a cheap camera. It does seem to have an issue with thinking the batteries are low at cold temperatures and high elevations, but I'm sure she was trying to use it outside it's specs. It does seem to produce pretty good quality videos.

one of the guys at work has one. its a good quality camera... without any lenses or advanced features found on a video camera. think the video version of a "point and shoot" camera.

One of my friends recorded a documentary entirely using a flip HD camera (it was a trip involving lots of movement and packing/unpacking so a big camera was out of the question). I was amazed at the quality, almost better than the HD DV camera's I've used in my film classes and the sound quality was excellent. For the money you can't beat it, unfortunately I can't find my friend's documentary.
