I just replaced all the lights on my Jeep and now when I turn on the headlights the green left turn light on the dash board comes on and stays on. Does anyone have any idea what could cause this?

Improper bulb can cause feedback to an incorrect circuit. Probably a single filament bulb where there should be a double filament. Could be front or rear.

Sounds like something crossed up in the multi-function switch but I'm not sure why it would start after replacing the lamps...

MArker light bulb isnt grounded proporly and finding ground through the bulb in the dash. Lots of time its the socket the bulb goes in.

Agreed. Very common. Bad ground points do this too, but the bulbs were just touched.

I don't know how old your Jeep is, but 50 years ago this was a sign of a bad bulb.

Turn the lever to the bad side, check to see if the bulb lights up outside in the front or rear. One of them may be burned out or just have a bad ground.

Found the problem. When I was changing the timing chain cover I had everything in front of the engine out and when I put it all back I pinched a wire going to this light.
