Trickle-down economics?

So this is how it works in an up-'meat' market.

These people are maggots, feeding off rotten flesh. They produce nothing. They contribute nothing. Their lives are meaningless beyond the trinkets they can buy with their bonuses. The loss of any one or all of them would not be materially felt by actual human society.

Ah! Thanks for that fine example of the "tolerance" the left so often accuse the right of lacking!

Kind of funny too! Because people like these are taxed on their incomes and their companies are taxed on any profits, to in part pay the salaries government employees once collected, and the pension fund dispersements that retired government employees collect now are in part generated through financial market speculative trading!

If "these people"(talk about stereotyping!) where lost, one or all, many others, would in fact be materially affected!

I cringe when I say this but didn't Warren Buffet say something to the effect that his sececrtary pays more taxes than he does?

Or check out how much PROFIT an oil company makes a a gallon of gas versus what the govt (both state and local) make per gallon.

A friend of mine is a owner operator of a gas/convenience/inspection station. He make more on the sale of a .69 coffee refill than a gallon of gas.
