I think we all volunteered strangely enough.

I'm looking forward to it. Forgive me if I hit the wrong button and accidentally ban you when I meant to quote your thread or something. (kidding)

This mix is interesting. If I express an interest or buy a car Tyler has for sale. Own a good 240d with a five speed transmission. Especially if Tom feels he might have a chance of getting his hands on it cheap. I get a home free ticket.
Unfortunatly I have not read enough of the other moderators threads to spot his cost of aqusition. Best of luck fellows and hope moderating turns out to be a reasonable experience.

One issue I had reciently. The manager of the diesel discussion forum perhaps should have just let Brian Carlton announce he was stepping down as moderator instead of indicating he was replacing him.

I want to see a little more finess as a requirement for someone trying to help out without renumeration in the future. Sugar coating may not help make parties feel better but it cannot hurt on an issue like this.

They deserved punishment? So it was a case of ban them or make them moderators ? Power corrupts? You cannot kick a moderator off unless appointing him a moderator first? That is the absolute minumin requirement I believe.

Congrats guys, three good choices. Just work as a team, and everything will fall into place.
