Now MKULTRA.......

OMG, everyone is coming out of the woodwork on this thing...this is crazy

"The preliminary profile of Mark Lee Loughner indicates that he may be a person going through genuine programming under MKULTRA by mind control methods and programming by on-the-ground MKULTRA agents designed to disorient the individual mind and turn the individual into a ‘Manchurian candidate’ type assassin."

MK Ultra? Sounds like either a type of beer or sexual lubricant...which in some cases can be one in the same but that's for another discussion...

CIA project that looked into mind control and physique abilities that started back in the 1950s.

Or a MUSE song
