Why would you care about how much Brent Spiner charges to act?

I also wonder what they will charge for data and if they will charge extra for the hotspot feature. Of course, I have four iPhone contracts with AT&T, so I'm not changing anything for a while.

Id wait for the 4G/LTE version. The "hot spot" feature os basically the same as Verizon's mi-fi device.

The only question is how many years it will take verizon to put together the it 4G network.

It's still very limited:

At some point both AT&T and verizon will need to sell duel band phones for the transition.

Sprint is charging $10 a month extra for 4G phone service. Are these other companies charging extra for 4G as opposed to 3G?

There is some question about sprints "4G" network, is it really 4G?

I assume the data rates will stay about the some. Hopefully, the verizon iPhone will create some cost competition for AT&T, and AT&T will also enable the "hotspot" capability.

Right now, they're selling fixed USB connectors for laptops, etc. The first 4G LTE phone for Verizon will be the Thunderbolt.
