Did you print screen for that, fulcrum?

Anyway, I guess I'm very late, but better late than never. My friend showed it to me from stumbleupon. Still didn't get an answer though, is it street legal?

Far too slow, it's too big to be considered a bike and to be any sort of car it would need working indicators.

I will concede that some states may have restrictions on the size of human-powered vehicles, but I will not accept without any sort of proof that this is common. I've never heard of it.

It's the lack of any motive source other than the humans inside that makes the determination.

Of course it is not legal on the interstate highway system.

True but my main thought is of safety.

Other drivers on the road could easily mistake it for a real car and expect it to drive as one......
