Menards Made in the USA sale

http://menards.inserts2online.com/customer_Frame.jsp?drpStoreID=1

I really appreciate how Menards advertises "Made in the USA" sales every month or so. It really is supprising how much we make in this country. As it looks our prices are compettive with anybodys. Anybody think wallmart will start advertising "Made in the USA" sometime soon?

It's not hard people just look at EVERY label for country of origin. You will be very supprised at what little if any price difference you will see

Wallmart has conditioned their shoppers to believe they are the cheapest but my goal is to educate the masses, that is all.

Thank you for reading this.

Trying to promote products MADE IN THE USA is not a pitch. Trying to alert people that we STILL DO MAKE THINGS IS my only goal, YOU GOT IT NOW MAN.

Thank you , the intention of this thread has been lost on the usual few, no supprise there. They keep asking for specifics when the proof is right there on the shelf in front of them. Now I understand there is one glitch to my request and that is if you live in your RV in the parking lot of your favorite store or if you think any store that has the word "DOLLAR" in it's name is for the discriminating buyer, you may have trouble finding anything "MADE IN THE USA" to compare to, that is all.

If any of the above were really serious about what I talking about instead of just wanting to make THEMSELVES look like an ********* the cuold print out the Menards flyer that I linked to and take it with then on the next trip to the store.

That's not what you wrote.
You made a specific claim that there is little price difference import vs. domestic, yet you are unable to back it up with examples. Now, you curse anyone that questions you to provide actual examples you claim exist in the following quote, when you have none to present.

Let me refresh your memory of what you wrote in Post #1:

I asked you this in post #4:

So that we may see exactly what product items you're talking about for ourselves?

If like-priced products imported versus Made in USA are so plentiful, why are you having such a seemingly hard time providing examples, is my point?

Oh please. You should read what he said to MTU. Something about balls and a mouth.

I can not believe that any one would be so unpatriotic to make a comment like this & I am not even a USA citizen !!

Any decent citizen of any country should be promoting goods manufactured in their home country. Maybe if some one chooses to be unpatriotic like this they could be assisted in moving to some place like Chinese rice paddies.

It may well look like a spam thread to some one who is more interested in promoting Maoism or some other extream left philosophy.

One can only wonder how some one so unpatriotic could use services & welfare from the USA. I guess some must be happy to use/abuse a system they dont support.

Devastating point. Um, say, what part of Australia were your MB's made? Homebuilt Holden's not good enough for you? Crikey!

So wrong. My cult leader prohibits such promotions.

Don't support? Oh. Tell you what - I'll concede that point for as long as you pay my taxes...
