Hey, that's alright.......family comes first, especially Mom!

I am plotting a trip to lower Florida - planning on travelling through the coastline highways of NW & W Florida from Destin to at least Cross City, before getting back to civilization down that way. I may PM you when in the area. I am going to visit a niece in Mobile, AL on the way to or from central Florida.

I am planning on visiting an RVing acquaintance that has a very, very old inboard diesel-powered shaft-drive small boat of sorts. Can't wait to look up this old gentleman to see if he still is alive and has the old skiff. He resides(ed) on the west, upper coastline.

Anyway, it should be an interesting 2 - 3 week trip out in my coach down that way!

Take care, and tune in when you can.

It is always traumatic when a parent is injured

No need to explain your absence, but by posting the situation, it allows those of us who are religious to pray for your mother's recovery.

Will do - last time I spent the night in Tallahassee, was at the Pilot or Love's at I-10 west side of town.

If you look up and see an E450 rig like this and hear the telltale diesel clatter of the Ford 7.3 liter PSD coming down your drive, it'll be your's truly.

Best wishes for you & your mom.
She is lucky to have a son that is prepared to drop every thing and be there for her.
Often just knowing that family is near is a very important healer.
I wish her a speedy recovery.
